| Two of our outstanding instructors, George Hatch and Don Machholz, have created incredible 5-minute solutions for producing the 1004 MC Market Conditions form. These are taught in our 1004MC live course. FNMA changed the requirements for reporting of the number of active listings. As of 6/1/2010, FNMA want the appraiser to report the number of listings on the last day of each reporting period instead of giveing a total of the number of listings for each reporting period. |
