We have classes for continuing education for real estate appraisers.  Our students continually compliment us on our superior quality classes.  Mr. Acheson, Director of Education for both Acheson Appraisal Classes and FREA (Foundation of Real Estate Appraisers), a national association of appraisers, has been in Real Estate for over 30 years and is approved by O.R.E.A., D.R.E., and C.A.R. as a provider of continuing education courses in over 40 states.  

Mr. Acheson owns and operates an appraisal company, and in the past, a real estate company, mortgage company, and an escrow company.  He has served as the director for C.A.R. and president for the Anaheim Board of Realtors.  Mr. Acheson specializes in FHA courses and is an FHA recognized FHA 203(k) Trainer for Consultants and Appraisers.  Currently, there are over 30 classes offered, covering a wide range of topics.  We conduct classes in many states and have over 20 instructors.

We are continually developing new course topics to keep appraisers current with the changing market.
